Quality
The quality is no longer only a technical category merely representing a compliance of a product with the requirements for the certain product; it is much more- a satisfaction of our customers and all parties involved.
One of the main objectives of Exoterm-it has always been recognition and attainment of our customer’s requirements, product and service quality assurance and improvement and development in all operational fields of a company. In order to assure the requested level of quality, we established the Quality Management System in the year 2000 under ISO 9001:2000, with the certification company BVQi. We acquired the Quality Management System Certificate on 28th November 2001. We successfully passed an external recertification assessment in 2004 and became a holder of certificate ISO 9001:2000, which is valid until 11th November 2010.
We are in both companies well aware that the quality of products and services depends on a quality of single processes. Therefore our quality management system is based on process approach, meaning that we ensure the smooth functioning of processes in both companies and subsequently the successful business conduct and satisfaction of our customers by planning and providing all necessary resources and by implementing and supervising single operations. Our quality management system is based on the so called Deming Circle - PDCA: Plan-Do-Check-Act.
Our objectives with regards to the Quality Management System constitute an integral part of our Quality Policy and Commercial Plan. The improvement of these objectives and a quality management system improvement are examined every two years by internal controls and half-yearly by management reviews. There are 7 qualified internal audits in Exoterm-it, and they successfully conduct the internal examinations in both companies. The results of both companies are carefully monitored in order to prevent the process disturbances that might preclude the required constant improvement of process operations. We respond to possible process disturbances by implementation of corrective and preventive measures. All employees do their best to reduce the level of such disturbances to a minimum.
